To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete information when requested, and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Payment for services is due as outlined in your specific service agreement. All content on our website and promotional materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fidelity Pools and may not be used without our explicit written permission. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lawrenceville, Georgia, under the rules Gwinnett County.

Each party is responsible for their legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. Fidelity Pools reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
