Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lawrenceville, Georgia, under the rules Gwinnett County.
Each party is responsible for their legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. Fidelity Pools reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
